A seasoned fitness coach at B10 Performance, boasts over 15 years of experience in the industry, fortified by a diverse array of certifications including Certified Personal Trainer, nutrition, group fitness, and strength and conditioning. Passionate about holistic health, he not only transforms bodies but empowers individuals to embrace wellness as a lifestyle. Beyond the gym, Cameron cherishes quality time with his two beloved children, indulging in outdoor walks, reading, and fostering connections with friends and family. His commitment to fitness extends far beyond the weights, shaping lives with expertise, empathy, and enthusiasm.

MEGAN GRADY

PERFORMANCE COACH

Embarked on her fitness journey at 14 through Olympic Weightlifting, igniting a lifelong dedication to excellence. Qualifying for Nationals after her first local competition, she clinched first place at Youth Nationals in 2008, marking the onset of a journey filled with highs and lows of competitive athletics. As a varsity athlete throughout high school, Megan set enduring records and represented Team USA at Youth Worlds in 2011. Venturing into coaching at 17, she guided young Olympic Weightlifting athletes to Nationals and led adult CrossFit classes, recognizing her calling in empowering individuals of all ages. With 13 years of coaching experience, Megan prioritizes ongoing education, recently achieving the prestigious Strong First Russian Kettlebell Instructor Certification in February 2024. Her collegiate path led her to the Olympic Training Site for Weightlifting at ETSU earning herself a full ride scholarship and later to UCF, where she earned her Bachelor’s of Science in Health Education. Grateful for her mentors and coaches, Megan finds fulfillment in paying it forward, serving her community with the same passion and dedication instilled in her.

Originally a Las Vegas native, with roots stemming from the lush soils of Guam, I was fortunate enough to spend my childhood in the magical desert landscapes of Utah. It was there that I developed a wanderlust spirit with a passion for nature, adventure, and outdoor activities. Over the years, I have found that discipline in fitness and maintaining an active lifestyle, transcends and integrates into all areas of life. Beyond improving physical fitness through strength training and conditioning, I aim to guide others to focus on full-mind and body wellness, by incorporating the practices of yoga, mindfulness, and meditation. With these practices and training, we can create a life where we are physically, mentally, and spiritually fit. As an ISSA certified and Yoga Alliance instructor, I remain a student of life and strive to help others lead a more fulfilling and healthier lifestyle.

Hi, I’m Mel! With over a decade of experience in the fitness industry, I’m a certified trainer and instructor dedicated to helping people of all fitness levels reach their goals. While I work with everyone, I have a passion for guiding beginners inspired by my own journey where I naturally shed over 100 pounds. My specialties include functional/strength training, muscle building, and weight loss.

Hi! My name is Cienna, born an raised in Vegas, although I have lived in 4 other states. I played college soccer and graduated with a Business Management degree. I have been with Orangetheory for 8 years and have been coaching for about 2 years. In my free time I hang out with my two beautiful pups, a husky named Kona and a pitbull corgi mix named Bowser, my daughter and husband! We love hiking and family walks.

Hello everyone, my name is Kalona? I am a licensed practicing Clinical Professional Counselor (CPC-I) and Hypnotherapist paired with a diverse background in health, fitness, yoga, and meditation. I have a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health and a Master of Business Administration, an undergraduate degree in Health & Wellness, a Certified Specialist in Sleep, Stress, & Recovery, a Certified Health Coach, a Certified Personal Trainer, a Certified Pn1 Nutrition Specialist, and Yoga & Mindfulness Meditation Coach. After enduring a physical injury which led to my own transformational weight loss and fitness journey, I quickly realized my calling to help others reach peak mental, spiritual, and emotional well-being despite their once perceived limitations. I am excited to bring my knowledge and experience to the B10 team and help others reach their optimal level of peak performance!

ERIKA BRUNO

Hey there! I’m Erika Bruno, born and bred right here in the electric city of Las Vegas. Ever since I can remember, I’ve been all about living an active and healthy life. Stepping out of the dance scene, I stumbled upon my love for fitness and trail running back in 2015. I got hooked on competing in Obstacle Course Racing for awhile, until I shifted gears into Hyrox in 2022. They call it being a “hybrid athlete” these days, but to me, it’s just being human – excelling at both endurance and strength. My big dream is to be still going strong at 100, whether I’m tearing it up in a triathlon or crushing it in powerlifting!

One motto I live by: “do hard things that scare you.”

Hey, my name is Kendra and I’m your biggest hype (wo)man. With just over 10 years experience, I have always loved to encourage others to achieve more than they ever thought possible! I entered the game as a sports therapist, working along side rugby teams and also doing massage on the weekends! I then worked in orthopedic surgery as a scrub nurse and later transitioned into personal and group fitness training. My area of expertise is strength training, I also am a huge advocate of metcons and HIIT style training. I have trained people from all walks of life, from athletes, to the elderly, kids, prenatal and the general population. But ultimately, I like to foster and promote creating a healthy and balanced lifestyle!

When I was a child, I found my passion for fitness. Once discovered, I realized that I had the ability to control my athletic ceiling and mold myself into the best version of me. After graduating HS, my passion for fitness continued to pay a much higher dividend, saving my life twice! Now as I approach 40, this passion for fitness is just as strong as it’s ever been. Not only because of my personal experience, but witnessing the life transformation in others.
