Performance Camps are our version of group fitness training the B|10 way

They are the perfect for former athletes looking to get back into the routine of things, or for beginners who don’t know what they are doing at all.

The programming is progressive meaning we start slow, teach the foundations and fundamentals first, then the program intensifies to ensure everyone gets into great shape by the end of it all.
